Terms and Conditions

We kindly request that if you are unable to attend an appointment, you notify our clinic either via phone call, text or email a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to notify the clinic of a cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a $30 cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without any prior notification will result in a $60 non-attendance fee. Multiple failures to attend your appointment without appropriate notification may result in a deposit taken for future appointments or automatic discharge from the service.
Arriving at your appointment 10-15 minutes late will result in a shortened appointment duration.
Arriving later than 15 minutes may require your appointment to be rescheduled to allow appropriate care to be provided. This may result in a cancellation fee.
Full payment is required on completion of your consultation. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Please note that Orion Hand Therapy is a cashless venue.
